We are more than a warehouse with stacked guitars that sells wholesale without the slightest quality control.
Our guitars are checked and adjusted before shipping (or in store) so that you receive them in the best condition and ready to play.

Why do we offer a setup when the guitars are factory tuned?

How many times have you purchased an instrument and received it with a very high action, an out-of-adjustment truss rod and bridge, oxidized frets and strings, etc.?
As is obvious, with a setup made ex-factory, 10,000km away, with humidity and temperature completely different from those in Portugal and before transporting 1 or 2 months of transit by sea, the guitars don't have much of a chance of arriving in your hands without needing further adjustments. That's where our offer comes in.

Before shipping, the guitar is completely checked and adjusted, in all these points:

• Inspection for imperfections (arm and body);
• State inspection of freight;
• Inspection of the condition of the strings (and replacement if necessary);
• Inspection of the electronic part;
• Nut inspection (and adjustment if necessary);
• Arm curvature adjustment;
• Tremolo/Floyd adjustment (if applicable)
• Fret polishing;
• Scale hydration;
• Action adjustment;
• Adjusts the octaves;
• Checking and adjusting the height of pickups;
• Hardware inspection;
• String tuning;
• General cleaning;
• Final playability test.
• Verification and robustness of final packaging*

*Double packaging (if necessary).
